yeah..I heard about them 24 hours..but don’t know how effective their strategy to fat loss etc. is?

  2. web design company Says:

Now I guess my excuse of “I just don’t have the time” is now obsolete. Guess I’ll have to think up another one.

I’m a member and they have two scales at my club. On one I’m 6 lbs lighter!! You can guess that I always use that scale to check my weight. Lots of their equipment like the Star Trak is continually breaking down or parts like the heart monitor don’t work. One of the reps said the workers at the club are as frustrated as the members at this. Seems corporate is pretty slow at getting promised new equipment into the stores and likes to eek every last use out of each piece.

Its an interesting topic and should be discussed. Ill check back soon for any added comments, thanks.

Did you totally agree with the top half of this? The rest was fine and informative.

I have trained hard in the past with running etc in thew army but I have to say combining Q10 and swimming gets the best results.

ALso with the latest in mdeical science and wholistic techniques I would not be supprised if life expectancy rose to 90+ years in the modern world.

I don’t think 24 Hour Fitness is affiliated with Fitness First. 24 Hour Fitness has over 400 clubs in the USA and over a dozen in Asia, as stated. They also opened a gym in Beijing last year in partnership with Yao Ming. Very exciting! I see that they are a US Olympic team sponsor and that their personal trainers are staffing the olympic team’s high performance training center in China. Cool stuff!

Very impressive that this blog is syndicated through Google and is it something that is just up to Google or you actively created?

Obviously this is a popular blog with great data so well done on your seo success..

  7. Ckai Says:

If you currently have membership for the all-sport 24 hour fitness access, does the membership extend all the way to the Asia locations?

  8. Siber Says:

Wow!!! Good job. Could I take some of yours triks to build my own site?

  9. Michael Says:

Very cool history. I tend to like the smaller gyms better. I’m more into the bodybuilding scene, and that’s where the smaller gyms tend to go.
