Have you ever observed some persons in your life who seem to be always in a jovial mood and in all situations? 1) First and foremost, you need to understand that human mind is one of the most complex creations ever in this world. To achieve anything in life, you need to have the ability to control your mind and the first step is to think POSITIVE. Let me assure you that you have a choice to be positive or negative. You are the only ONE who can change that. You will quite agree with me that it is better to be positive than negative. I understand this enormous change does not happen overnight, you need to practice and practice. You might go back to your original thinking occasionally but the ability to make yourself rather compel your mind to think positive while things are going wrong makes you stand from the rest of the crowd.

2) As with everything, proper diet is the second step. Avoid all sorts of irritating foods and vices and go back to nutritious and simple food. After all right thinking can occur only with right kind of food. So cut down and later on eliminate things like cigarette, alcohol, very spicy food, junk food etc.

3) Next step is to maintain your physical body. In order to do that, you need to exercise and it should be done religiously just like brushing your teeth. Concentrate on removing that extra flab on your belly or hip. A well-toned physique will help you to boost your self-esteem and you will no longer be shy to watch yourself in front of the mirror.

4) Maintaining your mental body i.e the mind should be next step. You can do this be practicing breathing exercises along with few minutes of mediation. After some months, you will be amazed with results. The secret of successful person is their calm mind. You will quite agree that a calm mind is thousand times better than a confused mind.

5) Next comes your passion. You have a natural talent in yourself that makes you unique. Follow your instincts and try to find out what makes you happy. The moment you know you are enjoying something, you will undoubtedly excel in it and with the result you will be able achieve all your desired goals. Do bracket yourself in “they also ran†category. Let other laugh at you in the beginning, I am sure you will have the last laugh.

6) You can be happy only if people around you are happy. Spread only happiness and stay away from people who instigate you to wrong path. And the last step, just be what you are and learn to accept. You cannot change the present situation, but you can definitely aim for a better tomorrow. Fuming and Fretting will only compound the problem. The moment you accept, the mind will be at ease and it will start giving autosuggestions to lead you to the correct path.
