I am not selling a product here. Weight loss takes considerable time and there ought to be some kind of discipline in you on regular basis to achieve this goal. This is definitely a scientific way, so do not expect miracles. No fairy is going to wave her magic wand on you so that you will loose weight.. Those who achieve weight loss against the laws of nature and claim to have done it in few days or weeks end up in condition that is more pathetic later on.

Please do not fool yourself. You already know what caused this weight gain in you and you are the only one who can change this situation.

* The first culprit is your diet. Wrong food habits make your system lethargic and out of control. Before anything else, first make a good chart of what you should eat and what you should not. Ask an expert diet planner to help you if required. Replace all junk foods, ice creams, burgers with leafy vegetables, fruits, skimmed milk. Drink plenty of water to throw out all the toxins in your body.

* Now that your diet plan is made, you need to next plan the amount of time you will be spending on exercising. Depending on your age, you can choose vigorous or simple exercises. The focus here is not what you do, but doing it consistently. Make sure you do not strain yourself by doing too much exercise to shed out those extra pounds immediately. It did take time to build those fats and it is going to take time to remove them too. It is that simple.

* Sleep well ! Our body has been designed in such a manner that it requires adequate sleep lying on the bed is not sleeping. You need to aim for quality sleep. This alone can assure in toning up your body.

* Avoid Stress. I know it is easier said than done. However, you can definitely make effort to minimize it. While some stress is unavoidable in our day-to-day life, you can actually avoid some actions and decisions on your part so that you do not invite stress. Be choosy and evaluate and have a vision of the end result before you decide to do something. It is bit difficult in the beginning, but I am sure you will be able to master the art in due course of time.

Discipline is the key. Be persistent, even if you do not see results in the first month, with regular exercise and proper diet..Nothing can stop you to look glamorous and slimmer. By the way ,don’t forget to invite me to your party when you achieve your desired goal !
