• The most commonly and effectively used spice which is available in almost all
kitchens are the ground clove or the clove oil.

Take ¼ teaspoon and mix this with 2 to 3 drops of pure olive oil. Then you need
to soak a cotton ball in this mixture and place it gently on the side of the tooth

cotton ball as long as you feel the need to do so, but make sure you do not fall
asleep with that. Or else you will find your doctor dissecting your stomach

• Mix a jar of peanut butter and a clove of fresh garlic. Apply this mixture to
the problematic teeth until you feel sense of relief.

stores or natural health food stores.

Mix two teaspoons of this powder with enough water to form a paste, put the
mixture on a piece on a cotton ball and bite down on it. You will find it amazing
to see the pain vanish in minutes.

• You could try out by taking a ginger root and shaving it of to a small piece; chew it slowly and gently around the affected tooth. The extract of the ginger juice will help in decreasing the tooth pain

• Yet another method is to simply boil 5 grams of fresh peppermint and a pinch of common salt in 1 cup of water. Do not drink this but keep swilling it around the affected tooth. Even if there is no toothache, you can try this method for prevention and keeping the bacteria away in case you have a cavity in your tooth.

• What could be a simpler remedy than mixing one tablespoon of common household salt with half a cup of boiled water and swilling it in the mouth?
